Our Project Managers and Engineering teams are equipped to undertake works in communal plant rooms. From replacing water tanks, boilers and calorifiers; we carefully plan the works to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum by providing temporary services or using prefabricating methods and changing over during periods of low or no usage.  We ensure that all works are carefully communicated with your contract managers, scheme managers and residents.  All of our site staff are enhanced DBS checked and have the experience of working around vulnerable tenants.

Service & Maintenance

Our complete 24/7 service ensures your heating, water systems, sewage and storm water pumps are serviced regularly and fast emergency response is available when required.  Understanding the specific needs of the housing sector is key to ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction are achieved. We have a dedicated Helpdesk to receive your calls and deploy work to our enhanced DBS checked Engineers during normal hours.  Out of hours our Duty Managers are on hand to provide technical assistance for your staff and our call out Engineers.  Having a fully integrated computerised workflow system provides you with real-time transparency particularly useful for your audit purposes.
